Since 1959, the cooperative has been harvesting and vinifying grapes grown along the Sarrabus coastline in the south-eastern corner of Sardinia. Here, the vineyards are framed by dense Mediterranean scrub and vast stretches of white sandy beaches bordering a crystal- clear, turquoise sea.
The unique terroir, combined with meticulous craftsmanship, imparts pronounced balsamic, spicy, and mineral notes to the wines, alongside remarkable elegance and depth, finding their pinnacle in the Cannonau, particularly the Capo Ferrato sub-zone in all its expressions, and in the crisp, savoury character of the Vermentino.
