Binzamanna was founded in 2001, bringing to life the shared dream of Sara and her husband Walter – a vision pursued with determination and deep resolve until it became a reality.

Wine culture runs deep in Sara’s family, from whom she inherited a profound love for the land and her hometown of Martis, a small village in the province of Sassari.

Her ambition is to revive native grape varieties while simultaneously expanding the vineyard area, driven by a deep understanding of the region’s strong viticultural vocation.
Cagnulari and Bovale are the indigenous grapes that truly define Binzamanna’s portfolio. These sit alongside classic Vermentino and Cannonau – the great ambassadors of Sardinian winemaking – as well as a limited production of Cabernet Sauvignon.
