Established in 2015, the Binza ’e Su Re winery encompasses approximately 9 hectares of vineyards.

The plantings focus on the region’s quintessential grape varieties: Vermentino, Cagnulari, and Cannonau. All grapes are vinified on site. The entire production process is meticulously overseen by the owner, Francesco Manca, supported by the expertise of a professional oenologist.
The resulting musts are transferred to stainless steel tanks equipped with modern refrigeration systems, where they gently evolve and mature. This careful approach ensures the highest organoleptic quality, yielding wines with a profoundly strong sense of identity.
