Cantina Don Salis was established at the end of the last decade within the S.P.E.S. Social Cooperative, with the noble aim of assisting disadvantaged individuals in entering the workforce.

Their winemaking focus was crystal clear from the very beginning: pure, unblended Cannonau.

Cultivated with immense care and passion, the grapes are sourced entirely from the cooperative’s own vineyards.
They yield a delicate, elegant wine of remarkable nobility, quite unlike any other found in Sardinia.

In recognition of its relentless pursuit of quality, the winery was twice awarded the Gold Medal at the prestigious Grenaches du Monde competition, in both 2020 and 2022.
