This cooperative brings together dedicated winegrowers who have inherited the legacy of historic, family-run estates within the Romangia region. Today, it encompasses a vineyard area of roughly 80 hectares, with a further 10 hectares currently being planted.
The vineyards are situated in the municipalities of Sorso and Sennori in north-western Sardinia, overlooking the Gulf of Asinara. Rooted in predominantly limestone soils, the vines yield wines with a pronounced minerality and a striking maritime sapidity.
Production focuses heavily on the region’s most representative varieties: Vermentino, Cannonau, and Moscato, alongside Cagnulari, which is particularly well-suited to the Sorso terroir. Passion, targeted investments, and collaboration with highly regarded oenologists give rise to wines that powerfully express identity, style, and a profound wine culture. This dedication is showcased in their portfolio, which includes Sabbia (Vermentino), Radice (Cannonau, including a Riserva), Pietra (Cagnulari), Oro Oro (Moscato Passito DOC), and Sabbia Brut – a sparkling Vermentino crafted via the Martinotti-Charmat method with extended lees ageing.
