Quartomoro di Sardegna was born from the intersection of meticulous research, passion, and a profound respect for the terroir, all driven by a desire to elevate the island’s historic grape varieties.

Founded by Piero Cella and Luciana Baso, this artisanal, family-run estate now also includes their children, Alberto and Violante, ensuring both generational continuity and shared expertise.

The vineyards are located on the west coast of Sardinia at the foot of Monte Arci.
Planted on sandy soils rich in volcanic obsidian, the terroir imparts a striking identity to their Vermentino, Vernaccia, Semidano, Bovale, Cannonau, Monica, and Carignano grapes.

Winemaking is strictly guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention, seamlessly blending tradition, innovation, and sustainability. This approach is beautifully expressed across their Òrriu, Memorie di Vite, and Intrecci di Vite ranges, as well as in their traditional-method sparkling wines.
