The estate’s cultivation techniques are driven by innovation, yet firmly rooted in a deep respect for tradition and the local ecosystem. This approach is further enriched by the creativity, passion, and unparalleled expertise of oenologist Giampaolo Parpinello – knowledge amassed over more than half a century of winemaking in Sardinia, which is now being carried forward by his sons.
