The history of Azienda Pedra Majore is rooted in the vision of the family’s patriarch, who provided the initial winemaking impetus that blossomed into a lasting tradition. This legacy was subsequently embraced by the third generation – Giovanni, Salvator Paolo, and his wife Lucia – and today the journey continues under the stewardship of the fourth generation: Anna Elena and Giovanni Battista.

Pedra Majore is situated in the beating heart of Gallura along the evocative ‘Via delle Conche’. Located just a few kilometres from the sea, it occupies a unique ecosystem where Sardinian nature asserts itself with primordial strength and beauty. The core of their production is Vermentino di Gallura, showcased in their historic I Graniti and Le Conche labels, alongside the prestigious Hysony.

These established whites are complemented by Monti and Mirju (a luscious passito), and their red wine, Murighessa. The future of Pedra Majore is built upon deep roots and a renewed vision: to guide the estate forward with the same love and profound respect demonstrated by their forebears.
