Here, just a short distance from Lake Coghinas, the dream of a group of local winegrowers became a reality seventy years ago when they formed a cooperative dedicated to championing local wine production.

The terroir, defined by granite soils and a breezy climate, lends the wines a distinctive freshness and minerality – key elements that paved the way for the creation of Sardinia’s only DOCG: Vermentino di Gallura.
