Alberto Loi is a fully integrated Sardinian wine estate – managing every step from the vineyard to the bottle – that specialises in crafting both single-varietal wines and blends from the island’s signature grapes.

Founded in the 20th century by Alberto Loi, a descendant of Cannonau producers active since the late 1800s, the winery is now guided by the third and fourth generations of the family.

The extensive range includes Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Jerzu, Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva, Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, Monica di Sardegna DOC, Carignano Isola dei Nuraghi IGT, and both red and white Isola dei Nuraghi IGT blends.

The company owns three distinct estates: Cardedu in Ogliastra, an exceptional terroir for Cannonau; Jerzu, the historic late-19th-century headquarters; and a more recently acquired property in Sarrabus. By combining high-density, low-espalier vine training and integrated farming with a technologically advanced cellar, Alberto Loi expresses a winemaking philosophy firmly rooted in typicity, tradition, and innovation.

The wines are marketed under the ‘Alberto Loi’ and ‘Vitivinicola Cardedu’ labels.
